About the Role

As a Rolling Operator, you'll play a critical role in our precision manufacturing process. Operating and monitoring rolling mill equipment, you'll ensure that every component meets our exacting aerospace industry standards. This 2nd shift role offers the chance to work with state-of-the-art equipment in a team-oriented manufacturing environment in the Rincon area near Tucson, Arizona.

What You'll Do

• Operate rolling mill machinery and related production equipment according to established procedures and specifications
• Monitor equipment performance and production output throughout your shift
• Inspect materials and finished components to ensure they meet quality and dimensional requirements
• Record production data, machine readings, and quality metrics accurately
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with maintenance technicians to address equipment issues and optimize performance
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment or rolling mill machinery (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliability and willingness to work a 2nd shift schedule
• Physical capability to perform the demands of the role
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently within a team
