The role of the Rodeo Marketing and Event Coordinator entails overseeing aspects of the Rodeo Teams marketing, event planning, sponsor management and recruitment requirements. Responsibilities include designing materials managing social media platforms organizing fundraising activities coordinating the rodeo event and recruiting high school athletes involved in rodeo sports. This position is based in Stephenville, Texas. Follows a Monday Friday schedule from 8am, to 5pm with weekend work. The coordinator will handle media and marketing tasks along with event coordination recruitment efforts and sponsor management. Candidates must possess a bachelors degree along with three years of experience in communications or marketing; prior experience within the rodeo field is preferred. The salary offered will be based on experience level with a target base salary of $43,620. Tarleton State University provides compensation packages well as educational benefits, for eligible full time and part time employees.
