RN Supervisor (Full-Time)

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living, located in Carney, Baltimore County, is recruiting a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing operations and ensure exceptional resident care across our diverse care communities. About the Role

As our RN Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day nursing operations and clinical care delivery across our Continuing Care Neighborhoods—which span skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, and memory care services. You'll lead a team of licensed practical nurses, registered nurses, and nursing assistants, ensuring that each resident receives dignified, compliant, and compassionate care. This is a position where your clinical expertise and leadership directly improve resident outcomes and staff performance.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor licensed and unlicensed nursing staff, providing clinical guidance, performance feedback, and professional development
• Oversee resident assessments, care plans, medication administration, and documentation to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Conduct regular rounds, monitor resident health status, and communicate clinical updates to physicians and families
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and response to call-outs to maintain continuity of care
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, incident investigations, and chart audits
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and facility policies across all neighborhoods
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including social services, dietary, and activities, to support resident wellness

What We're Looking For

• Current Maryland RN license in good standing
• Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in senior living, long-term care, or skilled nursing settings
• Demonstrated leadership and staff supervision experience
• Strong clinical knowledge, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work full-time, including flexibility for operational needs
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
