Key Responsibilities

- Administer medications and treatments in line with established protocols and physician orders.
- Apply skills developed through the Novice Nurse Training Program to real-world clinical situations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to support positive patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Recent nursing graduate, or a registered nurse with less than one year of professional experience.
- Active or pending RN licensure appropriate for practice in Maine.
- Eagerness to learn, accept mentorship, and build clinical competence within a structured training framework.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safe, patient-first care.
- Availability for a full-time, on-site schedule in Portland, Cumberland County (this role is not remote).
