The Opportunity
We are excited to offer a full-time position for a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at our location on Kings Highway in Shreveport, Louisiana. As part of our esteemed healthcare team, you will have the chance to provide critical care to patients in need while working alongside experienced professionals.
What You'll Do
- Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform various clinical procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.
What We're Looking For
- A current and active license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Louisiana.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in an ICU setting preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in critical care nursing skills and knowledge.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
