About the Role

As a Risk Consulting - Risk Technology - SAP Controls - Manager based in Detroit, you will guide clients through the complex intersection of technology risk and SAP-driven business processes. This on-site management position places you within EY's Risk Technology practice, where you will lead engagements, mentor delivery teams, and translate risk and controls expertise into practical outcomes for some of the most recognized enterprises in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee SAP controls advisory engagements from planning through delivery in the Detroit market.
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls across SAP applications and related processes.
• Advise clients on managing technology risk, governance, and compliance within their SAP landscapes.
• Lead, coach, and develop consulting teams while managing scope, quality, and client relationships.
• Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional EY teams to deliver integrated risk solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in SAP controls, risk technology, or related risk consulting disciplines.
• A track record of managing engagements and leading teams at the manager level.
• Strong understanding of SAP processes, application controls, and governance frameworks.
• Ability to work on-site in Detroit, Wayne County, in a full-time capacity.
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset.
