About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven Reward Analyst to join our HR team, sitting at the intersection of HR operations and business performance. This role plays a key part in supporting and delivering core compensation processes across EMEA, with a strong focus on variable compensation, pay review cycles, governance, data quality and process standardisation.

You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Finance and business leaders across multiple countries, helping ensure reward processes are accurate, well-governed, and consistently applied.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage variable compensation processes across EMEA, partnering closely with HRBPs, Payroll and Finance
  • Support KPI definition, target setting, performance tracking and documentation for variable pay programmes
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of compensation cycles, including validations, governance checks and stakeholder communication
  • Support annual pay review and merit cycles, including data preparation, validation and process support
  • Produce recurring and ad-hoc reward analyses to support decision-making and insight
  • Support monthly people cost analysis, reporting, trend monitoring, forecasting and budgeting inputs
  • Maintain process documentation, calendars, templates and governance materials for reward activities
  • Champion data accuracy, controls and standardisation across countries and business units
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support more efficient, scalable ways of working
  • Provide operational support for compensation-related topics within HR systems

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Operations or a similar analytical, process-driven HR role
  • Hands-on experience supporting cyclical HR processes such as bonus cycles, merit reviews or salary planning
  • Strong Excel and data-handling skills, with confidence working with large, complex datasets
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. Oracle or similar HRIS) is an advantage
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and governance
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-country environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across HR, Payroll, Finance and the business
  • Professional fluency in English required; Dutch is a plus

Why join us?

  • Opportunity to make a real impact on reward processes across a diverse EMEA footprint
  • Exposure to complex, multi-country compensation programmes
  • Collaborative, values-led culture focused on transparency, accountability, meritocracy and entrepreneurship
  • A role that combines analytics, process improvement and stakeholder partnership
