About the Role
As a Retail Wireless Consultant, you'll be the trusted advisor customers turn to when shopping for mobile devices, plans, and services. You'll deliver personalized recommendations, manage sales transactions, and ensure every customer leaves our location confident in their wireless choice.
What You'll Do
- Consult with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend appropriate devices and service plans
- Demonstrate device features, capabilities, and benefits to potential buyers
- Process sales transactions accurately and securely
- Explain T-Mobile's plans, coverage, and services to help customers make informed decisions
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on the latest devices and promotions
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service and support during transactions
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction
