About the Role
In this full-time retail sales position, you'll serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers exploring our extensive selection of building materials, tools, and home improvement supplies. Your role is to understand each customer's project needs and guide them toward the right products, ensuring they leave confident and satisfied with their purchases.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and listen carefully to understand their home improvement projects
- Share expertise on product features, benefits, and applications to help customers make informed choices
- Answer detailed questions about materials, tools, and equipment with confidence
- Keep the sales floor organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing
- Complete transactions efficiently and courteously at the point of sale
- Build positive customer relationships that encourage repeat business
- Work together with teammates to support each other and meet store goals
- Assist with inventory management and product displays

- Bilingual capability (preferred) to better serve our customer community
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and retail technology
