About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate at our North Palm Beach location, you will be the welcoming face of Bath and Body Works, guiding shoppers to the perfect scents and products while helping create the kind of experiences customers come back for. This is an in-person, full-time position based at THE GARDENS in Palm Beach County.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and offer personalized product recommendations across our fragrance and body care collections.
- Deliver an exceptional, friendly in-store experience that reflects our culture of belonging.
- Support daily store operations, including restocking, merchandising, and keeping displays fresh and inviting.
- Assist with sales transactions and ensure each guest leaves satisfied.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet store goals and maintain a fun, positive atmosphere.
Qualifications
- A genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and building rapport.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Comfortable working on your feet in an active, fast-moving retail setting.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, though not required.
