- Provide knowledgeable advice on parts, compatibility, installation considerations, and proper product usage
- Process transactions accurately and professionally at the point of sale
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting for all customers
- Support store operations and team goals through reliable, engaged work
- Learn and stay current on product inventory, pricing, and promotions
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in helping customers solve problems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks like organizing inventory
- Basic math skills and comfort using point-of-sale systems and technology
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn and grow
- Prior retail or customer service experience is valuable but not required
- Any automotive knowledge or experience is a plus, though we'll train the right person
