About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate at My Wireless, you'll be the face of our store, helping customers discover the latest wireless devices and plans that fit their needs. This is a full-time position where you'll combine sales expertise with genuine customer care to build lasting relationships and drive business growth.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage customers, identifying their wireless needs and recommending appropriate devices and service plans
- Demonstrate product features and help customers understand the benefits of various technology solutions
- Process sales transactions, handle payments, and manage point-of-sale systems accurately
- Activate and set up devices, transfer customer data, and configure accounts correctly
- Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
- Meet sales targets and contribute to store performance goals
- Stay current with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
