Retail Merchandise Associate

About the Role

As a Retail Merchandise Associate, you are the backbone of our store operations. You'll work in a dynamic retail environment—whether at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, Sierra, Winners, or TK Maxx—managing merchandise to keep our stores visually appealing and well-organized. Your attention to detail and work ethic directly impact the customer experience and store performance.

What You'll Do

• Stock, organize, and arrange merchandise throughout the store in accordance with company standards and planograms
• Build and maintain attractive product displays that highlight our latest offerings and drive sales
• Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments, checking for accuracy and quality
• Keep merchandise sections clean, organized, and fully stocked during all operating hours
• Assist customers with questions about products and store locations
• Support inventory management and participate in regular stocktakes
• Follow loss prevention and safety protocols to maintain a secure, compliant store environment
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve daily goals and standards
