Restaurant Team Member – Cook

Noodles & Company is hiring a part-time Restaurant Team Member – Cook at our Wheaton, DuPage County location, where great food and genuine hospitality come together every shift.

About the Role

As a back-of-house Cook at our Wheaton restaurant, you'll be a core part of the kitchen crew responsible for crafting the fresh, made-to-order dishes that keep our guests coming back. This is a hands-on line cook position in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where consistency, speed, and care for the food you prepare all matter equally.

What You'll Do

• Prepare fresh ingredients according to Noodles & Company recipes and standards
• Cook dishes to order on the line, maintaining quality and timing during peak service
• Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
• Collaborate with front- and back-of-house teammates to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Support overall kitchen operations, including prep work and end-of-shift duties

What We're Looking For

• A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment
• Attention to detail when following recipes and portioning standards
• Reliability and a consistent commitment to showing up ready to work
• Prior kitchen or food service experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person
• Comfort standing for extended periods and handling the physical demands of a kitchen role
