As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee the full operation of a high‑traffic quick‑service restaurant, ensuring that each shift runs smoothly, profitably, and with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. This role calls for a leader who can balance everyday management with strategic planning to meet financial targets while upholding the brand’s service standards.

What You'll Do

• Direct daily restaurant activities, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food preparation.
• Track sales, labor, and food costs to hit profit goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, keeping the dining and service areas clean and presentable.
• Recruit, train, and coach team members, fostering a collaborative environment focused on growth.
• Address guest concerns quickly, delivering courteous, efficient service that encourages repeat visits.
• Prepare performance reports, analyze key metrics, and share insights with regional leaders.
• Be open to relocating to Paducah, McCracken County if you are not already located there.
