Wavestone is hiring a Consultant·e en Agilité / IT operating model (CDI) in France to help major corporations and public institutions reinvent how their IT organizations work. Join a global strategy consulting firm where people are placed at the heart of performance and growth.

About the Role

As a Consultant·e en Agilité / IT operating model at Wavestone, you will support the IT, digital, and operational leadership of our clients across France. Working within the Financial Services practice — a team of more than 400 consultants — you will help translate client needs into optimal solutions and guide their implementation. You will be mentored by experienced consultants and embedded in mission teams led by engagement managers, giving you fast exposure to real responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design agile organizations at scale and steer their rollout, from new org charts to cultural change and social dialogue.
• Improve the performance of IT and business operating models, including lean-agile ways of working and next-generation sourcing strategies.
• Address the full delivery scope: framing and strategy, governance, sourcing, business model, business plan, financing, and change management.
• Explore and master the technologies behind enterprise digital transformation.
• Build core consulting skills — teamwork, structured deliverables, client relationships, presentation, and business development.
• Contribute to the firm's internal life through blog articles, asset development (Shake'up, The Factory, CréaDesk, Machine Learning & Data Lab, Research & Knowledge Center), recruitment, school relations, proposals, and Wavestone's CSR strategy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a leading engineering school, business school, or university.
• Genuine interest in consulting, IT, and strategy; prior experience in the field is not required.
• Curiosity, sharp analytical thinking, and the ability to take ownership of new topics.
• Strong client orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and a service mindset.
• Appetite for challenge, results, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
