Documenting resident progress and maintaining accurate records. What We're Looking For A minimum of 3 years' experience in a mental health setting, preferably within a residential care environment. A strong understanding of mental health issues and the ability to provide empathetic support. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues. First Aid qualification or willingness to obtain one within 3 months of employment.
