About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Residential Counselor MAP position based in Franklin, Norfolk County. The role centers on direct support within a residential setting, helping individuals live with dignity, independence, and connection. It is a non-exempt position scheduled for 40 hours per week, covering Sunday 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Monday through Thursday 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., with pay ranging from $20.00 to $23.75 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, person-centered care to residents during scheduled shifts.
• Support daily living activities, routines, and personal goals for each individual served.
• Administer and document medication in accordance with MAP (Medication Administration Program) standards.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and welcoming home environment.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team.

Qualifications

• A genuine commitment to supporting children, families, individuals, or seniors.
• MAP certification, or willingness to obtain it, to safely manage medication responsibilities.
• Dependability and flexibility to work the posted evening and weekend schedule.
• Strong interpersonal, observation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Franklin, Norfolk County (this role is not remote).
