What You'll Do Document all participant interactions through detailed progress notes Conduct facility orientations and tours for new guests Support case managers and participants in achieving individualized housing and stability goals Maintain clean, organized, and inclusive interim housing spaces Collaborate with operations and case management teams to ensure safety and stability Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support Apply evidence-based methods including intensive case management, motivational interviewing, and harm reduction Connect participants to community resources, referrals, and advocacy support Assist with meal preparation, phone coverage, and facility operations Model and reinforce program values and house guidelines Deliver responsive, empathetic service to all residents What We're Looking For Attention to detail and ability to organize and interpret information Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Clear verbal and written communication Willingness to take initiative and solve problems creatively Sound judgment and critical thinking Commitment to ethical practice and professional boundaries Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (essential for this role; proof of insurance required) CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it Ability to pass background check, TB test, and drug screening U.S. work authorization All experience levels welcome.
