MFort Security Services is hiring a dependable Residential Concierge for our 2nd Shift, full-time team in Evanston, Cook County, starting at $20.30 per hour. About the Role
As a Residential Concierge with MFort Security Services, you will serve as the primary point of contact at a residential property in Evanston during evening (2nd shift) hours. This full-time position blends attentive customer service with a watchful, security-minded presence, ensuring residents and guests feel supported and secure throughout your shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet residents, guests, and vendors, providing courteous and professional front-desk assistance
- Monitor lobby and entry areas to maintain a safe, orderly environment during 2nd shift hours
- Manage visitor sign-in, access control, and accurate logging of activity
- Receive and coordinate packages, deliveries, and resident requests
- Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts
- Respond calmly to questions, concerns, and routine situations as they arise
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine, service-first attitude
- Reliability and punctuality, with availability for the evening 2nd shift
- Comfortable standing or sitting at a front desk and remaining alert throughout the shift
- Ability to follow procedures and document activity accurately
- Prior concierge, front-desk, hospitality, or security experience is a plus
- Must be able to work on-site in Evanston, Cook County (this is not a remote position)
