About the Role

As our Residential Compliance Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining regulatory adherence across Property Management, Inc.'s extensive residential portfolio. This position brings together attention to detail, regulatory knowledge, and problem-solving skills to protect both our properties and residents.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and ensure residential properties comply with federal, state, and local housing regulations and codes
• Conduct property inspections and document compliance findings with accuracy and thoroughness
• Identify regulatory gaps and work with property managers to develop corrective action plans
• Maintain comprehensive compliance records and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Stay current on changing regulations affecting residential properties in Pennsylvania and surrounding regions
• Coordinate with legal, management, and maintenance teams to resolve compliance issues efficiently
