About the Role

The Bristal Assisted Living seeks a dedicated Resident Services Aide to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents while providing exceptional care services.

What You'll Do

• Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Ensure a clean and safe living environment for all residents.
• Support daily activities and social engagement to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Document resident care activities and any changes in their condition.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. Successful candidates will have:

• A minimum of 1 year experience as a Resident Services Aide or similar role.
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Knowledge of HHA regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
