Convert insights from domain science teams, product counterparts, and commercial partners into explicit, measurable model specifications that research staff can implement. Carry out continuous evaluation of competing and leading models in both general and scientific categories, converting benchmark findings and identified shortfalls into roadmap choices. Create the assessment standards and achievement indicators that verify when a requested capability has been realized. Determine the promotion requirements that models must satisfy before entering production use. Work closely with research leads and model-training specialists to order capability tasks in a practical sequence given limits on compute resources, data, and schedules. Sustain open records of capability goals, evaluation outcomes, and release determinations so the basis for each model decision remains clear and revisit-able. What You Bring Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or an allied area, or equivalent practical experience building AI and machine learning systems.
