What You'll Do

• Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, networking platforms, and outbound outreach
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit, qualifications, and career goals
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines across your assigned industry or specialty
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and ideal candidate profiles
• Guide candidates through the full recruitment process, from first contact to placement
• Develop and grow lasting relationships with both candidates and client companies
• Track outreach activity, pipeline progress, and placement metrics to hit performance goals

What We're Looking For

• A self-starter with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others succeed
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while staying connected to a team
• Goal-oriented mindset with the persistence to follow through on outreach and conversations
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, staffing, or a client-facing role is a plus — but not required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized across an active candidate pipeline
