Lock Desk Analyst supporting Sales and Operations in executing lock transactions, extensions, amendments, and pricing scenarios, while ensuring policies are followed and deadlines are met.
Requirements
- Receive and process internal lock and change requests
- Monitor lock expirations and communicate deadlines to sales staff
- Manage extensions and lock amendments
- Enforce company rate lock policy
- Support Sales team with pricing scenarios
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of investor programs and requirements
- Maintain investor website and pricing engine user profiles
- Assist management in evaluating and improving processes
- Generate ad-hoc reporting and analysis
