Mercor
The Litigation Support Specialist will develop litigation tasks with deterministic rubrics, build scenarios in Discovery, create Research tasks, and design Procedural work scenarios, ensuring tasks have checkable answers and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate has a JD, 3+ years in litigation, and expertise in ediscovery and legal research.
Requirements
- JD
- 3+ years in litigation (firm or in-house)
- Bar admission in at least one US state
- Expertise in ediscovery (Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO), legal research (Westlaw, Lexis), FRCP or state civil procedure, privilege and work-product doctrine
- Comfortable with litigation artifacts: review coding decisions, privilege logs, research memos, deposition outlines
- Clear written communication; articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics
