24-MAG (New York) is seeking qualified legal consultants for a part-time remote position. We work with experienced attorneys across specialized legal domains to develop sophisticated legal content, analysis, and evaluative work.
About the Role
This part-time remote consulting engagement is designed for attorneys with substantial experience in specialized legal practice areas. You'll contribute to the development of high-caliber legal analysis, reference content, and scenario evaluation to support our growing consulting practice.
What You'll Do
- Develop and structure complex legal scenarios and fact patterns across your area of expertise
- Write detailed legal responses and reference materials that meet attorney-level quality standards
- Review legal scenarios, analysis, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Apply advanced legal reasoning to evaluate specialized legal questions and fact scenarios
- Support the ongoing development of legal consulting content and resources
What We're Looking For
- Licensed attorney with substantial practice experience in real estate, tax, bankruptcy and restructuring, or trusts and estates law
- Proven ability to produce clear, professional legal writing and analysis
- Experience creating or evaluating legal scenarios and fact patterns
- Strong grasp of specialized legal principles and sophisticated legal reasoning
- Ability to work independently in a remote consulting capacity
