We are seeking a Reliability & Process Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our experienced team, you will be responsible for accompanying exciting projects and getting our product onto the parking lots. Your role will involve industrializing our IoT platform, ensuring it scales calmly and reliably as we grow.
Requirements
- Fleet Observability: Monitor system health across our entire Hardware / IoT fleet.
- Durable Problem Solving: Design automated processes to fix the root causes of system failures.
- Observability & Tooling: Automate manual intervention and eliminate operational toil.
- Defining Platform Capabilities: Identify necessary platform features based on recurring operational signals.
- Cross-Functional: Perform deep-dive operational triage, root cause analysis, and incident response.
