The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, leadership skills, and the ability to think creatively and manage complex relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience within the insurance industry
- Leadership skills
- Experience in building new departments or functions from scratch
- Salesforce experience
- Strong analytical experience in ad revenue operations
- Ability to manage projects of varying size and scope simultaneously
- Very strong interpersonal skills
