ATI is hiring a Part-Time Rehab Physical Therapist for our Woodstock, McHenry County location. This is an in-person role serving patients who need skilled rehabilitation and recovery support.
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist with ATI, you'll provide patient-centered rehabilitation services designed to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. You'll work in a fast-paced clinical environment treating patients across a range of conditions and recovery stages, from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions using clinical testing and diagnostic techniques
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation treatment plans tailored to patient goals
- Perform therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to improve strength, flexibility, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on clinical outcomes
- Document patient care thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient care
- Maintain a safe, professional clinical environment
What We're Looking For
- Valid Physical Therapy license in Illinois
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient outcomes
- Professional attitude and reliability
