Quality Rehab
Quality Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a part-time position in Rutland Town, Rutland County. This is an opportunity to deliver patient-centered rehabilitation services in a supportive healthcare environment.
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist with Quality Rehab, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic care to patients across the lifespan. You'll work alongside a collaborative clinical team to restore function, reduce pain, and help patients achieve their wellness goals through individualized treatment plans and skilled rehabilitation interventions.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments to determine rehabilitation needs and functional limitations
- Design and implement customized treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices and patient goals
- Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on therapeutic outcomes
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and communicate with the healthcare team
- Educate patients on proper body mechanics, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies
- Adhere to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current, valid Physical Therapy license in Vermont
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Clinical experience in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention
- Professional commitment to patient outcomes and continuous improvement
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
