REGISTRAR

Orange County Public Schools is hiring a full-time Registrar to join our school community in Belle Isle, Florida. About the Role

As a Registrar with Orange County Public Schools, you will work under general supervision to manage the enrollment lifecycle for students at our Belle Isle elementary schools. This on-site position is central to maintaining precise student records and ensuring compliance with state reporting requirements that directly affect school funding.

Key Responsibilities

• Process the registration of new students entering our elementary schools and complete withdrawals for students leaving the district.
• Maintain and update accurate student records, including processing grade changes as needed.
• Compile and verify data for the bi-annual Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) government funding reports, ensuring accuracy for state submission.
• Provide responsive, courteous assistance to internal staff and external families, parents, and visitors.
• Support the front-office and administrative operations of the school as required.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to record-keeping accuracy.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle enrollment cycles and reporting deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities for working with families and school personnel.
• Comfort working with student information systems and standard office software.
