About the Role
This is a full-time Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) opportunity at Life Care Center of Kirkland in Juanita, King County. As an OT, you will design and deliver individualized therapy programs that empower patients to recover function, improve mobility, and return to the activities they care about. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate each patient's physical, cognitive, and functional abilities to build tailored treatment plans
- Deliver occupational therapy interventions that restore daily living and self-care skills
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy goals as recovery advances
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with nursing, physical therapy, and the wider interdisciplinary team to coordinate quality care
- Coach patients and families on techniques that support continued progress at home
Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) in Washington State
- Completion of an accredited occupational therapy program
- New graduates are welcome and supported
- Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, full-time clinical environment
