Strong critical-thinking, prioritization, and communication skills suited to a fast-paced day-shift unit environment. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and to educate patients and families with clarity and empathy. Current Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications such as ACLS are valued for comprehensive medical care.
