This is a full-time night shift position caring for post-operative and transplant patients in an acute-care nursing environment. Role Overview As a Registered Nurse on our Med Surg/Tele Transplant Unit nights, you'll deliver direct patient care to individuals recovering from surgery and transplantation. You'll monitor cardiac telemetry, assess clinical changes, and coordinate with physicians and specialists to ensure optimal outcomes. Working independently through the night shift, you'll be a central figure in your patients' recovery and care progression.
