Role Overview

As Territory Sales Officer at Unilever, you'll be the face of the brand within your territory, managing relationships with key accounts and retail partners whilst driving revenue growth. Working remotely with flexibility to visit clients across your designated region, you'll combine strategic account management with ground-level market understanding to deliver consistent business results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for your assigned territory to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners to drive order volumes and brand visibility
  • Conduct regular market visits and customer interactions to gather feedback, identify growth opportunities, and resolve issues promptly
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation to keep management informed of territory performance and market trends
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, promotional alignment, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to maintain competitive positioning within your territory

What You Bring

  • Proven track record in territory or field sales, preferably within consumer goods, FMCG, or distribution management
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Ability to manage your own time effectively whilst working remotely and maintaining strong customer connections
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within your assigned territory as needed
