This is a full-time, senior individual contributor role where you'll manage territory revenue outcomes, build deep executive relationships, and establish Higgsfieldai's commercial presence from the ground up. Your Responsibilities Own LATAM territory revenue targets and deliver consistent, exceeding results through strategic account management and full-cycle enterprise sales Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies targeting enterprise customers, managing prospecting, solution consultation, negotiation, and deal closure Cultivate executive relationships with C-suite stakeholders, leading conversations around AI transformation, creative workflow optimization, and measurable business value Represent Higgsfieldai at regional conferences, industry forums, and high-level customer engagements to strengthen market positioning Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, customer success, solutions engineering, and legal teams to align customer needs with company capabilities Surface customer insights that inform product roadmap decisions and go-to-market strategies for the region Build Higgsfieldai's reputation and strategic partnerships across the Latin American AI, media, advertising, and enterprise technology sectors Serve as the market voice for Latin America, translating regional dynamics into actionable business strategies What We're Looking For 8–12 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, cloud platforms, marketing technology, advertising technology, or adjacent software markets Proven track record exceeding enterprise revenue quotas across Latin America Demonstrated expertise navigating complex enterprise procurement, legal processes, and multi-stakeholder deals Exceptional executive communication, strategic presentation, and negotiation capabilities In-depth knowledge of Latin American enterprise buying practices, regulatory environment, and regional business nuances Ability to develop and…
