About the Role As the Recruitment Team Lead (Volunteer) at Mothers to Daughters, you will direct the entire recruitment lifecycle and guarantee that onboarding and offboarding feel seamless for everyone who joins our team. You will guide one Recruitment Coordinator and report directly to the Director of HR Strategy & Member Experience. We are looking for a strategic, people-first leader who is genuinely energized by building welcoming candidate and volunteer journeys in support of gender equity and intergenerational mentorship. Key Responsibilities Drive full-cycle recruitment, including posting roles, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new volunteers. Work alongside leadership to pinpoint talent needs and match the right people to the right roles. Refine and strengthen recruitment workflows so they remain efficient and effective over time. Design and roll out sourcing approaches that attract a diverse, mission-aligned pool of candidates. Keep job descriptions current and aligned with the organization's evolving needs. Lead onboarding and offboarding so every transition is smooth, and run sessions that introduce newcomers to M2D's mission, values, and structure. Mentor and back the Recruitment Coordinator across all hiring activities. Collaborate with the Director of HR Strategy & Member Experience on initiatives spanning recruitment, engagement, and retention. Maintain precise records of recruitment activity, volunteer information, and HR documentation.
