Position Summary

We are Ritz Recruitment, a unique agency based in Bishopsgate, Central London. We are currently seeking a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates who are eager to earn substantial income and succeed without false promises. As part of your role, you will have the chance to earn between £25-30K OTE with the potential to reach up to £45K in your first year.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments of potential hires
• Build relationships with clients and candidates alike
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
• Support senior team members in various administrative tasks
