About the Role
As a Benefits Consultant, you will help everyday working families secure the protection they need through life insurance and supplemental benefit programs. This Leadership Development Program is built for ambitious people who want hands-on mentorship, structured training, and a transparent route toward leadership — all while working 100% remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide working families through available life insurance and supplemental benefit options
- Build trust with clients and match them to programs that fit their needs
- Participate fully in training and mentorship to sharpen your professional skills
- Work toward advancement milestones along a defined leadership track
- Collaborate with teammates in a supportive, fully remote environment
