Stafford Rosenbaum LLP is hiring a full-time Real Estate Paralegal in Elm Grove, Waukesha County, to partner with our attorneys and transactional teams on complex property matters from start to finish.

About the Role

As a Real Estate Paralegal with Stafford Rosenbaum LLP, you will play a central role in guiding real estate transactions through every stage. Based in Elm Grove and supporting our Milwaukee and Madison teams, you will help attorneys move deals forward efficiently while maintaining accuracy across documentation, due diligence, and closings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to attorneys and transactional teams across a range of real estate matters.
• Oversee real estate transactions from initiation through closing, ensuring each step is handled thoroughly.
• Prepare and draft transactional documents, including closing packages and related paperwork.
• Review and coordinate title and survey matters, resolving issues as they arise.
• Organize and manage the due diligence process to keep transactions on schedule.
• Research property records and gather relevant information to support each deal.
• Track, maintain, and update transaction files and key milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a paralegal within a real estate or transactional practice.
• Strong command of real estate documentation, title review, and closing procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Careful attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy under deadline pressure.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working alongside attorneys and clients.
