Key Responsibilities

• Innovative Research & Development: Conduct primary research and experimentation in AI/ML methodologies. Explore advancements in neural networks, algorithms, and data analytics to fuel new capabilities.
• Thought Leadership & Publication: Author whitepapers, deliver conference talks, and engage with the academic community to enhance Temus’s reputation in the AI field.
• Technical Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop strategic research roadmaps and prioritize projects aligning with business goals and technological trends.
• Collaboration & Networking: Work closely with universities, research institutions, and industry partners. Cultivate partnerships to leverage external expertise and resources.
• AI System Design & Implementation: Collaborate with engineering teams to design robust, efficient, and scalable AI systems. Validate models and oversee their integration into production environments.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML research and development, with a proven track record of pioneering projects and publishing influential work.
• Deep expertise in AI technologies such as neural networks, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and MLOps.
• Experience in managing research projects and collaborating across interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical skills, familiarity with data-driven methodologies, and the ability to interpret complex results.
• Technical fluency in AI architecture and design, with hands-on experience in model development and deployment.
