Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead and supervise the NOC team to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service Operate NOC systems and respond to alerts when operational coverage requires it Monitor Land Mobile Radio networks and respond to performance issues Provide technical support to customers and troubleshoot system problems Communicate with field technicians, dispatch centers, and third-party vendors Maintain detailed logs and documentation of network activity and incidents Work flexible hours including nights and weekends to support round-the-clock operations Requirements Prior experience managing a Network Operations Center or working as an NOC operator (preferred) Knowledge of Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems and telecommunications networks Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and flexible scheduling Leadership experience managing small teams (preferred) About the Company Eastern Communications is a national provider of critical communications infrastructure serving first responders, emergency dispatch centers, utilities, and transportation networks.
