Employ Bluebeam for digital markups, take-offs, design checks and document control. Draft cost summaries, change order evaluations, progress notes and formal reports. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related technical discipline.
