About the Role

The desired candidate will have prior experience as a Senior Quality Engineer, preferably working in a medical device company. Specific responsibilities include maintaining the supplier quality program (agreements, performance etc.), supporting Customer Complaints; performing failure investigations; supporting Non-Conforming Material; and managing compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

• Maintain the supplier quality program including agreements, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Support customer complaints by investigating issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective measures.
• Perform failure investigations to identify defects and their sources in products or processes.
• Manage non-conforming material to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant quality management systems and regulations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Quality Engineer, preferably in the medical device industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and quality programs.
• Experience with failure analysis and root cause investigation techniques.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices.
• Able to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
