Bring precision and order to the documents that keep food safe. The Food Source International is hiring a full-time Quality Documentation Specialist in Exton, Chester County, to anchor the recordkeeping behind our quality program.
About the Role
As a Quality Documentation Specialist, you will be the steward of the paperwork and digital records that prove our products meet exacting standards. Working onsite in Exton, PA, within the Quality department, you'll maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager. This is a Monday through Friday position, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as workload requires.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, organize, and maintain quality documentation so records stay complete, current, and easy to retrieve.
- Manage controlled documents through their full lifecycle, from drafting and revision to approval and archival.
- Support the Quality Assurance team in keeping the department audit-ready at all times.
- Verify that records align with internal quality requirements and applicable food industry standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather, review, and file the documentation they generate.
Qualifications
- Sharp attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing records and version control.
- Strong written communication and organizational skills suited to a documentation-heavy role.
- Comfort working onsite full-time in Exton, PA, on a fixed weekday schedule with occasional overtime.
- Familiarity with quality documentation practices in a food, manufacturing, or regulated environment is a plus.
