Quality Assurance Specialist

Insight Global is hiring a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist in Benson, Douglas County, to strengthen the Quality Management System of a contract manufacturing partner and keep operations consistently inspection-ready.

About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Specialist with Insight Global in Benson, Douglas County, you will safeguard GMP compliance across day-to-day manufacturing activities. Working on-site, you will own document control, support audits and training programs, and help ensure the facility stays prepared for regulatory inspections at all times. This is a collaborative position that connects you with teams across the organization to resolve quality concerns and advance better processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards throughout the Quality Management System.
• Administer document control and keep QA records accurate, organized, and audit-ready.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, and help maintain ongoing inspection readiness.
• Manage training administration to ensure staff meet quality and compliance requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate quality issues and identify root causes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that raise overall product and process quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a quality assurance role, ideally within contract manufacturing or a regulated production environment.
• Working knowledge of GMP requirements and Quality Management System practices.
• Familiarity with document control, audit preparation, and training administration.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain thorough, compliant records.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working across departments.
• Availability to work full-time, on-site in Benson, Douglas County.
