Quality Assurance, Aseptic Technician

Kelly Services is hiring a Quality Assurance Aseptic Technician for an onsite position in West Chester, Ohio. This full-time contract role offers $23–24 per hour and is structured for 6–12 months with potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment.

As a Quality Assurance Aseptic Technician, you'll monitor and maintain the sterile, controlled environments where aseptic processing happens. Your environmental monitoring work ensures that every batch meets strict contamination-prevention standards and regulatory requirements. This is hands-on, technical work that demands focus and consistency every shift.

What You'll Do

• Perform environmental monitoring in controlled aseptic manufacturing areas
• Collect and document environmental samples according to established protocols
• Record and report data on clean-room conditions and microbial activity
• Assist with contamination-control procedures and facility inspections
• Maintain compliance with cGMP, FDA, and facility-specific quality standards
• Work collaboratively with production and quality assurance teams
• Support equipment validation and maintenance documentation

What We're Looking For

• Experience in quality assurance, environmental monitoring, or aseptic pharmaceutical work
• Strong precision and attention to detail in technical documentation
• Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards or regulated-environment protocols
• Availability for 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) on a rotating schedule
• Ability to read, record, and communicate technical data accurately
• Dependable work ethic and consistent attendance

Shift and Location

Night shift, 12 hours per shift, rotating 6:00 PM–6:30 AM. Your weekly schedule will rotate, so days worked and days off vary from week to week. Onsite work is required at our West Chester, Ohio location in the Cincinnati metro area.
