About the Role

As a Quality Analyst with Sikorsky Core Quality, you'll play a critical role in our commitment to precision and reliability. Working within our quality assurance function, you'll analyze processes, validate compliance, and identify opportunities to strengthen our engineering and manufacturing standards. This position is central to maintaining Sikorsky's reputation for excellence in complex aerospace systems.

What You'll Do

• Conduct quality audits and process reviews to verify adherence to specifications and industry standards
• Analyze defect data, non-conformances, and test results to identify root causes and systemic improvements
• Document findings and develop corrective action plans with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams
• Perform quality inspections and testing on components and assemblies across production workflows
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven quality metrics and trend analysis
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
• Maintain quality documentation and ensure traceability throughout the product lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or associate degree in quality, engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or manufacturing environments
• Proficiency with quality documentation systems and familiarity with standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving quality discrepancies
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, manufacturing, and management teams
• Clear communication skills and the ability to document findings comprehensively
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the region as needed
