QA/Test Engineer

ABOUT THE QA ENGINEER ROLE:

WIN is a leading proptech company, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to help deliver high-quality software experiences across our mobile and web platforms. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring product reliability by testing end-to-end user journeys, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to improve product quality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Test end-to-end user flows across web and mobile applications to ensure seamless user experiences
2. Validate key product features including forms, media uploads, offline synchronization, and report generation
3. Design, write, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases
4. Perform API testing using tools such as Postman to validate functionality, reliability, and performance
5. Identify, document, track, and verify defects using JIRA and other testing tools
6. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams throughout the development lifecycle
7. Participate in sprint planning, requirement reviews, and release validation activities
8. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing frameworks, and quality standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including both manual and automation testing
2. Hands-on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar frameworks
3. Strong understanding of web, mobile, and SaaS application testing methodologies
4. Experience performing API testing using Postman or similar tools
5. Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and bug reports
6. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
7. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
